This Flyer Pay-off Machine is designed for high-speed unwinding of wires from Φ800–Φ1000mm bobbins, with a maximum line speed of 1000 m/min. Built with dual-layer stainless steel structure, it features a turbine worm gearbox lift and nut top sleeve tightening mechanism for secure bobbin installation.
Powered by a 370W AC motor, the machine is equipped with a wire break detection and automatic pause system to prevent production waste. Its flyer-style design ensures stable, low-tension unwinding without wire tangling or stretching, making it ideal for high-speed stranding, bunching, and extrusion lines in cable manufacturing.
