The TUB/POB ‘L’ Type Moveable Take-up/Pay-off Machine is a heavy-duty mobile cable winding/unwinding system designed for high-load extrusion, stranding, and cabling lines. With reel sizes from Φ1250 to Φ5000 and max reel weight up to 40,000 kg, it accommodates wire diameters 7–180 mm, making it ideal for power cables, overhead conductors, and large-section cables.
Featuring adjustable traverse range (8–180 mm) and multi-speed rotation, it ensures precise, uniform winding with stable tension control. The mobile base enables flexible positioning on the production floor, while its robust, heavy-duty construction supports long-term, low-maintenance operation. It is widely used as a core auxiliary machine in medium- and high-voltage cable manufacturing lines.
